The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of scores or results, or that the Platform will meet your expectations. Sports data displayed is provided for informational purposes and may not reflect official results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bracket Genie™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
